1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using korbanafrica.com/mytqa, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Nature of Platform

MYTQA is a contribution planning and record platform. It is NOT a licensed financial institution, NOT an insurance company, and NOT a certified religious body. It is a personal Qurban planning support tool.

3. Payment Records

All payment records submitted through this platform are subject to admin confirmation. Submitted records are not considered valid until admin confirms them. We are not responsible for any payment not sent directly to us.

4. Estimated Prices

All prices displayed on this platform are planning estimates only. Final prices are subject to current livestock prices, logistics costs, and partner confirmation. We reserve the right to update prices with reasonable notice to users.

5. No Qurban Guarantee Until Confirmation

We do not guarantee that Qurban will be performed until: (a) the saving target is reached, (b) the execution partner is confirmed, and (c) all logistics requirements are met. Users will be informed directly.

6. Cancellation / Refund

Cancellation or refund requests must be made in writing to admin. We will try to process requests within 14 working days. A full refund policy will be set before direct payment is launched.

7. Limitation of Liability

This platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from platform use.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
